Any sales literature or website that offers or promotes the sale of prepaid funeral benefits contracts to the public must include a reference to the “Texas Prepaid Funeral Contracts” website or link to www.prepaidfunerals.texas.gov as required under Section 154. 132 of the Texas Finance Code.
